So here's what i'm finding... To gather buy-in you have to start with a really candid conversation about what people know about sourcing. The conversation should include any information about what people know, what their fears about sourcing might be, any do's and don'ts about sourcing from an organizational perspective.
ReplyDeleteThese kinds of conversation starters allow people to discuss their fears in a way where you're able to develop a philosophy that folks can potentially buy into and believe in.
