Developing a sourcing philosophy...

Let's say you're interested in getting your team to source more, what do you think is key in getting them to participate in this activity?

  1. So here's what i'm finding... To gather buy-in you have to start with a really candid conversation about what people know about sourcing. The conversation should include any information about what people know, what their fears about sourcing might be, any do's and don'ts about sourcing from an organizational perspective.

These kinds of conversation starters allow people to discuss their fears in a way where you're able to develop a philosophy that folks can potentially buy into and believe in.
